post grid & custom postype +query
possibility to create a landing page with all posts and complete control over the query and text areas in between to describe those to the visitor

Hi Wolfgang,
Landing pages & custom queries I think are Gutenberg/Page Builder territory. Personally, I don’t think this should be added to the theme’s core.

you cant use the gutenberg editor on the frontpage (last posts) thats the problem, it was the reason for my suggestion
